What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The content of the message you write to us

We do not build user profiles and we do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not set cookies. It also stores nothing in your browser's local storage — no preferences, no identifiers. That is why you are not shown a consent request: there is nothing to consent to.

Typefaces are served from this domain, so your visit generates no requests to third-party servers.

To know how many visits the site receives and which pages are viewed, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is a cookieless tool: it stores nothing on your device, uses no persistent identifiers, and cannot follow you across sites. It collects only aggregated usage data, such as the page visited and how quickly it loaded.

Why we use your data

We use the data solely to reply to you and follow up on your request — for example, to confirm availability for a stay or to prepare a management proposal for your property. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes. To run the website and to reply to you, we rely on the following processors, which handle the data only on our instruction:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery network and visit statistics. When you visit these pages, your IP address is processed by this infrastructure.
  • Web3Forms — processing and forwarding of contact form submissions.
  • Google — the mailbox that receives form messages is a Gmail account.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up. Where the contact does not lead to a booking or a management agreement, we delete the message within a maximum of 12 months.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Security

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests over HTTP are automatically redirected to HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures within our means to protect the data you entrust to us.
